    Jahn Marie Surette is a C-level executive and advisor, who has served as executive leader for business and operations for more than 25 years in the healthcare, insurance, and private equity industries, at such companies as Cigna, Travelers, The Hartford and Third Bridge, LTD.

    Jahn Marie is a global leader and has led multi-year strategy development, expense management initiatives, sales and revenue growth operations across multiple disciplines, including customer service, direct to consumer sales, account management procurement, real estate and research services. She has overseen corporate social responsibility and worked in tandem with human resources talent development and change management at large and mid-cap companies.

    Jahn Marie’s general management background and executive experience allow her to apply her diverse professional experiences to a multitude of industries and business scenarios with no “one playbook.” Her passion is enabling businesses to attain their strategic vision and generate sustainable growth and profitability.

    Jahn Marie is on the board of directors of Project 8P, a non-profit committed to creating a path to treatment for chromosome 8p disorders through research, community, and intelligent information. With a mission to empower a unified community for chromosome 8p heroes for a meaningful life today while accelerating treatments for tomorrow, Project 8P invites scientists, medical experts, rare disease organizations, and industry to collaborate in increasing the chances for a healthy life.

    She is also board member emeritus of Forge City Works, a nonprofit organization providing access to food through their farmers market and job skills training in the culinary field with a focus on opportunity youth and adults with barriers to employment.

    Jahn Marie Surette holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Elm’s College in Chicopee, Massachusetts.

    Mary Moslander is a digital health management expert and consumer technology strategist and Founder and CEO of LiveHealthier, a healthcare IT company that Mary sold to Centene Corporation.

    Post-acquisition, Centene named Mary to the dual roles of Chief Executive Officer of Envolve PeopleCare Emerging Markets and Chief Executive Officer of Envolve Innovation Lab, a digital health incubator she helped architect. Subsequently, Centene appointed Mary as its founding Entrepreneur-in-Residence where she advised on M&A opportunities and provided internal consulting on Employee Engagement, Diversity/Equity/Inclusion and Executive Development.

    Today, Mary is an executive advisor to private equity firms and growth stage companies with an emphasis on total population healthcare IT solutions that drive individual behavior change and serve the employer, academic, union, and government markets.

    Mary was the Founder and CEO of LiveHealthier, a global health and wellness company that partners with corporations to provide innovative, award-winning employee wellness solutions that bring healthcare costs under control while boosting employee productivity, job satisfaction and morale. After a decade of exponential growth and global expansion, more than 1.5 million employees of blue-chip companies such as Microsoft, Allstate, City National Bank, JetBlue and Continental Tire in 10 countries were using the LiveHealthier platform.

    Mary has successfully grown and scaled businesses through multiple stages, in both favorable and adverse times, through strong leadership, inspiring vision, entrepreneurial and innovative strategies, flawless execution and by building outstanding teams. She spent ten years as an executive with The Washington Post Company where she built and scaled several key digital properties.

    Mary earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from University of California at Santa Barbara and her Master’s degree in Organizational Development from Chapman University.

    Melissa Hughes, a highly accomplished and experienced human resources executive, currently holds the role of consultant at MountainsCall Consulting, where she leads the firm's Talent Management practice, offering fractional human resources strategy and tactical consulting to early and mid-stage growth companies. Before joining MountainsCall Consulting, Melissa dedicated 13 years to serving as a crucial human resources business partner to the executive team at Envolve PeopleCare™, one of the nation's largest population health management companies.

    Throughout her tenure at Envolve PeopleCare™, Melissa played a pivotal role in shaping the company's talent management strategy during a period of remarkable growth. She joined the company during its early start-up phase and witnessed its extraordinary expansion, supporting its evolution from approximately 50 employees in 2005 to over 3,000 in 2018. This growth was achieved through a combination of organic development, mergers, and acquisitions.

    Melissa's expertise encompasses a wide range of areas, including employee engagement strategies, employee relations, recruiting, organizational design, efficiency improvement, talent review, assessment, employee benefits, and training. Her extensive background also includes earlier roles as a human resources professional in three other early to mid-stage businesses within the healthcare, construction, and automotive systems sectors, where she handled various strategic and tactical responsibilities, including working closely with unionized workforces.

    Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Central Connecticut State University. Beyond her professional commitments, Melissa is actively involved in volunteer work with her local public school system. She has a deep appreciation for the outdoors, especially enjoying time at the beach and attending her children's sports events, all while cherishing moments and activities with her family.

    With nearly 40 years of health industry experience, Mr. Cave is recognized as an industry leader and visionary who possesses that rare combination of a forward-looking strategist, hands-on operational manager and inspiring leader.

    Dan Cave is Founder/Principal of MountainsCall Consulting, providing management and strategy consulting and advisory services to a variety of health care organizations and investors. In addition to these roles, Mr. Cave currently serves on the Board of Directors of LEARN Behavioral, the nation’s largest provider of services to children with autism; ActualMeds, a pharmaceutical care management company; and the Advisory Boards at Medical Guardian, a personal emergency response and remote patient monitoring firm; The Hangout Spot, LLC, an early-stage applied behavioral analysis company serving children with behavioral challenges; and Gryphon Investors, a mid-market private equity firm in San Francisco.

    Mr. Cave is Co-Founder of the Centene Center for Health Transformation at Washington University in St. Louis and Duke University. In addition to these roles, Mr. Cave sits on several other client advisory boards and serves clients in both strategic advisory and CEO-coaching capacities.

    Mr. Cave formerly served for 15 years as CEO of Envolve PeopleCare™, with services including care management coaching, digital health technologies, nurse advice line, employee assistance/work-life programming and managed behavioral health services and employing over 3,000 associates. Mr. Cave has held senior leadership roles at both major corporate and venture capital-backed enterprises. Prior to Envolve PeopleCare™, he held positions as President and CEO of Cardium Health, Chief Operating Officer of CIGNA Pharmacy Management, and President of Specialty Health for Prudential HealthCare. Earlier in his career, Mr. Cave held a variety of senior executive roles with The Travelers and co-founded one of the country’s first chronic care management firms, COM, Inc. based in New York City.
